That was confirmed a while back in an interview that it was going to be almost if not exactly like fo3

I noticed on the containers part is says buying a house is ONE way to own containers, I wonder what other ways we could own containers...a bank perhaps? Doubtful though.

Also it says when weapon is sheathed use r stick to rotate, what would r stick do otherwise?

Meh, I read somewhere online that because the map has been leaked earlier, it may mean the entire game may have been leaked. The leaking of this manual further verifies that speculation.
