I've got two mod projects planned, one being actively worked on right now, that both offer alternatives to Oblivion's main quest that are distinctly evil in nature. "Kynaz" allows players to experience the main questline from the perspective of a Dremora in Mehrunes Dagon's army, while the other mod (temporarily titled "Black Legion", and which will begin development once some legal issues are sorted out) allows the player to work their way through the ranks of a Mythic Dawn-esque cult and open the way for a demonic (by which I do NOT mean daedric) invasion of Tamriel. It'll be awhile before they're done though.
Far out, That sounds Great!! Good luck to ya

Among the many victims claimed in the DB storyline, you will find a rapist/murderer; a pirate; a marauder warlord; someone who killed a homeowner in their basement; an accomplice to racially-based torture and killing; a necromancer; and a dozen assassins.
The Dark Brotherhood does more to combat injustice than the Fighters' Guild does, literally— the bulk of the FG quests deal with the competing Blackwood Company, punctuated with a few "fetch this" quests.
Each of these public services awards you an infamy point too.
Even if the only ones who knew of it were the DB and the recently deceased.
So how does the word get around?

Scum? For killing "a rapist/murderer; a pirate; a marauder warlord; someone who killed a homeowner in their basement; an accomplice to racially-based torture and killing; a necromancer; and a dozen assassins?" Just what definition of 'scum' are you using here? The Nine are watching you...scum.Each of these public services awards you an infamy point too.

Anyone visiting Vivec City who can't keep on the good side of the Ordinators.Scum? For killing "a rapist/murderer; a pirate; a marauder warlord; someone who killed a homeowner in their basement; an accomplice to racially-based torture and killing; a necromancer; and a dozen assassins?" Just what definition of 'scum' are you using here?
Or maybe I just append it after any use of 'watching you'.

The Nine are watching you...scum.
Well they might have been watching but they didn't really know who it was, all they could see was the blank void masked by "The Grey Cowl of Nocturnal" so they added their infamy to whoever that was.

You so owe him 50$.
You could just not do the main quest. If you really want to be evil. Hunt down NPC's that irritate you and murder them. Unfortunately you can't just torture them horribly for entertainment. THAT would be evil, no doubt about it. There must be a mod where you can.
