All DLC's for New Vegas are out now. I know there is already a start for Old world blue's, but what do you guy's think the other DlC's should be used for. me personally i think Lonesome road could be used for a multiple of things. For one a speech option while talking to Ulysses at the end of lonesome road could have a option for the TSC ending of it, and real consequences and rewards for the Couriers choice to do things with the nukes.

That sounds interesting. Perhaps it could tie in with a story arc to acquire strategic weapons until the Ion Cannon is fixed. In FO3, it could be secure Fort Constantine; in NV, secure the nuke silos in the Divide.

How about thunderfists relcaim all the gold at the end of dead money? but when you talk about new vegas wouldn't it be wise to discuss the actual game and full incorporation into the main plot line? I know Nylon said he wanted to finish FO3 first and then concentrate on NV. In my opinion Dlc's should be after every option is exhausted within the original game. Ex. faction dealings, main plot line, war, diplomacy that good stuff.

That might cause unrest in the NCR, as they once had a gold-backed dollar. The TSC could exploit that to annex territory in the NCR, bring them into the economic umbrella of the TSC.

I hope it does cause unrest... The NCR has no airforce, if they pull something a preemptive strike from TSC valkyries would be catostrophic..

The NCR does have VBs. But not in the numbers required to defeat the TSC, or even resist them successfully. I seem to recall in the first council meeting Wing Commander Malore mentioning "complete air superiority." Since TSC ops were limited to the CW at the time, we can assume that he was referring to the Enclave, who should have jet fighters as well as VBs.
And when I say "annex," I mean bringing them under TSC law, paying TSC taxes, and supporting the TSC military through recruits. I do not necessarily have military conquest in mind, and I didn't. I think that is a poor way to expand. Better to just show them the wealth and power of the TSC, and let the natural desire for economic improvement and safety take over from there.

From my impression of the TSC does not force assimilate and the NCR would not allow that.

The NCR is a democratic government, however imperfect. If enough voters think the TSC is better able to provide for their safety and welfare than the current government, they will vote pro-TSC reps into office. It's slow, but it'll work eventually. If these numbers are concentrated, you might get a secession movement. Once they declare independence, the TSC deploys a large number of military units to the newly-acquired territory to protect it from the NCR. It would only work once, as the NCR would probably cut off diplomatic relations, and declare that any TSC personnel are criminals if they enter NCR territory, but it would work. The success of this strategy depends on the general perception that the TSC is a stronger, wealthier, more stable government, and a willingness to change. No Borg-style assimilation needed.
Yes, the NCR would probably be angry at the TSC for taking the land, but it would take time to redeploy the heavy units that would be needed to retake it. Most of them are in the Mojave; if they are weakened or moved, the TSC could effectively destroy the Legion, take over the protection of NV and its environs, and solidify their gains before the NCR could put the troops back. There could (and probably would) be problems with executing this, but I believe the strategy is sound.
