You say they have vertibirds? Ok not nearly enough to math the Enclave or Brotherhood. TSC show's air superiority... which means easy troops,easy trade. The NCR would never come to a diplomatic agreement... TSC seraphs would show that they are too greedy.

Actually The NCR surpasses the brotherhood in vertibirds since they took navarro and they got the scematics but not the Enclave.

wow that's not really what i expected.... mass amounts of infantry but not really any airforce.. heavy troopers of course... but seriously the fight between TSC and NCR would be great. long though and expensive... but one that would shake the wastes forever..

Don't forget that Nylon might put a weakness in the TSC Valkyries to level the Playing field.
