Remember the Imperial who fixes his bots and battles them in a wager for you in tribunal? Well, he has a house in Vvardenfell, too. There is 1,000 gold in it lying on the floor, next to three pieces of Scrap Metal. Interesting that there is an actual NPC tie to Vvardenfell from Mournhold.

Actually, after further research and a short trip to Pelagiad, I realized that his house exists only in the editor. However, if the PC uses a code to transport to the house,

coc, "Pelagiad, Ignatius Flaccus' House"

then the door that lead out lead to one right outside of Pelagiad, and the other in Pelagiad. Maybe the devs were going to make part of Ignatius' quest going back to his to get something.

Hm...that's pretty cool...It's strange how there's all these things (like the fake sunder etc) in the Editor which aren't used in game..?

ive noticed that using the talking marks and every little detail (spaces) works.

Behtesda has made a prettu cool expansion that binds morrowind and the expansion together.

Yeah, the GOTY edition. This doesn't do anything about the house I mentioned, un fortunately.

Is the game of the year edition different from the orginally morrowind games?

I believe it was patched up to date, probably with a few cosmetic differences. it's my impression that it was intended kostly for XBox users, and the PC version was just for a second-flash cash rush. I really like, and frequently use the GOTY Guidebook, though- quite helpful.
