Yes. Here's how I did it. Install this mod as normal, so all Templars are wearing the DA2 armour variant. Download IA and locate and extract the file gen_im_arm_cht_mas_tmp.b.uti. Replace this file with the one in your IA modified weapons and armour folder. To give Greagoir his unique Knight Commander shield find the file gen_im_arm_shd_twr_lcs and repeat the steps above. BOOM! Greagoir and co wearing DA:O armour, all the other Templars rocking the DA 2 Armour and Shield combo. Hope this helps!

I had someone pm recently asking how to do this, so here are the directions for editing the Meredith headdress off of Rylock:
1 - Open coa100cr_templar.utc in a GFF editor. The Dragon Age Origins Toolkit comes with one, and alternately NWN2GFF v1.2.2 seems to work as well. (However pyGFF (GFF4editor) does not seem to support the required functions for this edit.)
2 - Find Equip_ItemList and expand it.
3 - Check the structures for a TemplateResRef with the value of "meredith_hoo". It should be 5 in your list.
4 - Delete the entire structure. (IE highlight where it expands from the 5 and delete.)
5 - Save the file. You may save it to an alternate location while you backup the original, but do not rename the file or keep more than one copy of it in your game folder.
6 - Repeat the process with int100cr_templar.utc.
Be sure to make these changes before you see Rylock in game, or else it will not work. Enjoy your templar not having crazy blue hair!

So for all of you trying to use this mod with Improved Atmosphere v2.0 and getting screwed up textures on Meredith's armor, I have finally found the solution you crave. Behold!
So the texture in question was for the Merrill Robe added in IA 2.0. All I had to do was remove all the files with "mera" in the name from "1. Global/1.4. Items/Materials/Dalish Mage Clothes". And the best part is that with Kirkwall Exports installed as the base for Templars of Ferelden, you can still have Merrill in her DA2 clothes. All you need to do is download this mod and install the utc from it:
http://www.nexusmods.com/dragonage/mods/3328/?
Also, don't forget that you need to rename some of the folders in the IA compatible version so that the folders for Modified items line up properly. The structure for those folders should be: "Improved Atmosphere/7. Extras/7.1. Modified Items".

Actually the only file you need to remove from IA 2.0 is hm_arm_mera_0.mao, once you remove this one file the textures will be just fine.

I'll take your word for it. I don't feel like doing anymore testing on this issue than I've already done; my way garners the same ends met.
Thanks for the added info though. This has been my biggest issue in my modlist for a minute, lol.

This has plagued me for months on end! If this works you are a saint. Will try sanatahagan first to see if the one removal works then get back.
EDIT: THANK YOU!!!! Knight-Commander Armor works perfectly! Plus it fixed the regular knights as well who were only showing gloves and helmets before! I knew it had to be an issue with something added in v2 of IA, thank you.

I'm aware the mod author hasn't been around in a long time and I've fixed all the common errors people are having based on what others have told us. But has anyone been able to fix the .utc files for Rylock in awakening? Rylien in awakening looks fine with meredith's armor but I still get the invisible armor error with Rylock. I've tried correcting the .utc file myself but I've had no luck yet fixing it. I am using IA with this so I know that is probably the culprit for the problem.
