You can simply edit the Greagoir UTC file to make the shield "stealable". Then you'll be able to steal the unobtainable shield. If I remember it, I think I already set that shield to be stealable. But I'm not really sure now. :/

You do it by deleting every kirkwall exports mod from your addins folder, and override folders. This includes in packagesdata folder as well. Then reinstall the mod using the DAupdater again. Make sure not to have any Dragon age game or the toolset running when installing using DAUpdater.

Try to copy "Kirkwall_exports_package" from your packagescoredata.. into your Override folder..
I hope that works. If it doesn't, please move your question to the Kirkwall Exports instead of here. Issues about the armor itself is not part of this mod's scope, and you should leave a comment on the Kirkwall Exports page.

Very nice if I do say so myself. Although there is one little cosmetic issue that bugs me. The neck part of the armor tends to MOVE when Templars move their heads or talk. As I said it's merely cosmetic but it would be nice later on to try and fix that. Some people could be picky about such small issues.

Did you try on a new game, or did you continue a save game? If you have IA, make sure you install Kirkwall Exports first, then the Improved Atmosphere, and then install this mod's Improved Atmosphere folder only, and make sure you replace/overwrite them all. Then start a new game. Continuing an existing game won't work on greagoir because this mod changes what he wears which is different from what is stored in your save file.
@requiemfang87
That problem is not caused by this mod. That's from the Kirkwall Exports, where this mod uses the armors from. I don't handle issues about the armor not appearing properly (such as offset, textures, invisible body) or how they look. I can however, help you with some issues about which NPC not wearing the correct armor or bugs about what the templar NPCs wear.
