You'll need a BBB compatible skeleton to fix your 'boobs to infinity' problem. Best one to use is Universal Skeleton Nif. I recommend the ControlSkeleton version unless you know you have a mod that requires the TotalControlableSkeleton version, in which case make sure you understand the limitations of that version and the workarounds for it.

To use it as a replacer you'll need to activate archive invalidation. Easiest way to do that is using Oblivion Mod Manager. Click on the Utilities button and select Archive Invalidation. In the next dialogue select BSA Redirection while leaving all the other options at their default settings. Close OBMM and you're done.

I did everything you said and still happens the same thing =/
I have no idea what to do now, in FO3 I used lots of mods and everything went just fine, I don't know why this is happening to oblivion.

Do you have the game installed to the default C:\Program Files or C:\Program Files (x86) and are you running either Windows 7 or Vista? If so you may be running afoul of the Microsoft security feature UAC (User Account Control). Modern games are able to coexist with UAC but Oblivion was made long before MS ever dreamed up UAC. What happens is UAC won't interfere with the game until you try adding mods, then it steps in and 'protects' you from 'unauthorized' changes (mods are just changes to the vanilla game content).

If I'm right then you'll need to either disable UAC (not recommended) or install the game to a folder that UAC doesn't protect. Most people use C:\Games\Oblivion. Here's a link to Bben46's wiki article Oblivion reinstall procedure. Don't miss the link near the top of the page about moving your Steam install location if you use the Steam version of the game, and don't skip the registry cleaning step ... it's important.

Do you use Deadly Reflex? If so, I believe there's a skeleton fix that gives you the DR nodes used in the mod.

Another thing is to make sure that you have the skeletons in both the _1stperson and _male folder - Sometimes people forget about the 1st person one. You might also make sure that skeleton.nif and skeletonbeast.nif are both replaced with the same file. It was just a unusual decision that Bethesda made - I guess they thought that unused tail bones were a waste of resources...

I totally forgot about that! Tomorrow I'm gonna move my steam folder to D and try again then I'll say if it worked.
If it fails in the end then i'll play the game with a male character since I don't mind the vanilla male body.

Here's a link to the BBB DeadlyReflex6UnnecessaryViolenceII CompatibilitySkeleton in case ziitch is correct and your problem is caused by DR6 or UVII.

Bring up the console ("~" key), type "coc testinghall" and you're there! To get back to the game area, just go back to the console, type coc and then the name of a city followed by exterior, and then 01 through 04. For example, "coc BravilExterior02". For the Imperial City however, you will have to type "IC" and the desired district name as one word followed by the number, such as "coc ICMarketDistrict02".

I want to corvert hgec clothes to zkec. But the tutorials available only for armor and using the old version of blender. I am using blender 2.49b, nifskope 1.0.22, nifscripts 2.5.8. I just need import and export screenshot that can be made as a base for all clothes conversion to make sure which right option should be choosen and which shouldn't. There is no tutorial that explain clothes conversion anywhere. And what skeleton should be used as armatur when editing clothes in blender? are corronera's or growl's sufficient? or there is special skeleton for this!? because in all tutorial they using simple skeleton similar to stickman.
