The bit that I leftout is were he explains at length and in an unmistakeable clear way, that anny kind of criminal behaviour is punnished in the same way, throwing them of there "floating" Ilands. (the rogue Airay will first have there wings bound, broken or even cut-off depending on the severaty of the crime commited)

Sounds like this Valodor has a good head on his shoulders! I mean, even if anyone somehow managed to survive, they'd never be able to return, at least not in any condition to challenge him.
