That woman from the blades sent me to Riften to find a guy and when I got to Riften the guards tried to make me pay the entry tax but mid sentence they pulled their bows out cause there was a dragon circling overhead. It was too high up to hit with attacks and flew off in the distance and now I can't find it.

Anyone else had this "YAY another dragon" followed by "OMG it left and I can't find it again for some reason" moment? Such a let down xD

I kinda saw what way he flew but 15 mins of searching and no dice yet.

Too right 15 mins ago I killed 2 back to back. Found one near Fort Greymoor dive bombing it with frost breath when I zones out. Mid way into the fight with it I looked west while running around fighting and saw a 2nd frost dragon circling in the distance.

First dragons name was dragon and the second one was called Vuljotnaak.

Just a few more dragon kills and i'll have enough dragon bones and scales to sell to the vendor to afford a house

Yeah, it's happened twice. As soon as I travelled to some city, it was under siege (unscripted!) already, it was AWESOME.

You can search out roughly 7-8 dragon locations on the map (Each one has a high-end loot container AND teaches you a shout word, one teaches you three)

they are marked by a dragon's head...sort of. Skull of a dragons head.

i saw this dragon near white run, and i tried chasing it, and shooting it with arrows for 15 minutes and never hit it. it never attacked me, and flew away. lol

can't find those on map xD got a pic of what to look for?

these locations must be discovered and are not on the map first, but if you are near one you see it in the compassbar

They won't show in the Map until you discover them, if you look on the compass bar, you'll see a black dragon skull.

Or get interrupted. I was wandering riverwood for a quest, and suddenly most of the guards get killed by that big dragon.

And over time I keep getting "ancient dragons" which are HARD to kill.
