Because I expect to find important information like this in the manual (which I read before playing) and it wasn't there, I never noticed while playing that the Shout interface has the "R" to unlock or the number that indicated how many dragon souls I had saved up. If someone makes a mod to unlock whatever shout you just learned the moment souls are available, I'll install it just to reduce the number of character development options so I could get back to having fun (which for me is exploring, not deciding which forehead wrinkles look best or which shouts to unlock).
