I have installed Skyim, have the patch, up to date drivers and 4 GB of memory with a and ATI 5770 HD graphics card.

I start a new game, no problems, but in the opening sequence the program crashes at the exact same point, right when the cart enters the village and a villager says to his son "get inside, now." There are no other errors or anything leading up to that point. Please, any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
