In the main quest, right after I go back in time and am watching the battle between the 3 guys and the dragon, they are about to fight Alduin. They say, "Alduin approaches!" and I am still frozen. Any help?A little more emphasis on what occurs is that you show Paarthurnax that you obtained the scroll and then he tells you where to go use it. Once I am on the arrow i use it and go back in time to watch a battle. 1 person battles a dragon, another person comes in and jumps on the dragons head, and kills it. Then a 3rd person shows up and they talk about Alduin showing up to use dragonrend on him and then use of the elder scroll on him. Then they say "Alduin Approaches!" and they all go get into battle stance and just stand there as many dragons circle above. After 10 minutes i gave up and reloaded, and then after 3 minutes another time it crashed... i guess it is time to do other quests till this get a response. -Chris Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

I finally got it to work and the only thing I changed was to listen to the FULL conversation from the friendly Gray-beard dragon before reading the scroll. Alduin appeared just fine then.
