Hey guys. I'm playing Skyrim and I've come across a bit of a bug; I need to talk to Ulfric Stormcloak, but because his lackey sent me to do something earlier, that's all he'll talk to me about. Since I've reached a certain point in the quest, his lackey won't talk to me properly, so I'm stuck being unable to talk to either of them.

I need the quest IDs for for Season Unending; if anyone can either give it to me or tell me how I can get it, it'd be much appreciated.

I have the exact same problem. If you've found an answer to this please tell me, because I want to continue playing the main story.

I have found a solution. Type “setstage mq302 300” into the console and it should allow you to speak to the Jarl and finish the diplomatic quest.

I have now come across another problem that is similar. I can't talk to Galmor for a quest involving Whiterun. I have to get orders from him but it wont let me talk.
I'll see if I can fix this like the other one.

I have the same problem on PS3.
I tried to join the Stormcloaks, killed the Mist Wraith. I don't remember whether I came back or if I went on in the main quest.

Now, in Season Unending, I'm trying to arrange the truce conference. Angeir tells me to talk with Tullis and Ulric. I talked with Tullius and he agreed, but Jarl Ulfric tells me: "Speak with Galmar, you'll be going on a little errand with him." He won't talk about the quest.
Galmar says: "I don't know how you convinced Ulfri to talk to the empire, but . . ." and won't take me on the errand.

That's a known problem.
If you start the joining quest of one of the two civil war factions and you don't finish it, the season unending quest will be bugged.
There is no way around it, except the console command which was already posted. But know that you are skipping a whole quest, and an interesting one too.
I recommend loading a save file before you started either Season unending or the joining quest, and either finish the joining quest before starting Season unending or finish Season unending before starting the joining quest.

There's no console on PS3. This needs a fix in the game script.
