ATI CTD at main menu

So I've been playing this with no problem for about 20 hours now and no real issues. I used to ATI framerate fix, and now the game CTD's at the main menu every time. Deleting it and reinstalling doesn't work either.

What the hell is going on?

You might want to drop this on the ATI/AMD forum .... as for me I'm using the driver dated 10-2 (sept of 2010) as it seems to work flawlessly with both skyrim and oblivion.
