[Verendum]

Im doing the quest "Season Unending" and i have to ask Ulfric Stormcloak to go to the peace conference. But every time I go to him he says "Speak with Galmar, you will be going on a little errand for him" then he stops talking to me. Then I got talk to Galmar and he say "I don't know how you've convinced Ulfric to talk to the empire, worse than a waste of time if you ask me" even though i haven't even talked to ulfric yet. Now I'm stuck and I need some help... any suggestions?
