you can find a few when you do the mageguild questline (starts in winterhold) or the hircinequest with the dog (starts in falkreath)

I just cleared a vampire lair last night. It was south/south west of that village IVARSTEAD, the cave is called HAEMAR'S SHAME.

I got infected there by vampirism but got it cured at a shrine ... not ready for that part of the game yet :P

There is a place called Bloodlet Throne. It is in the area further behind Ancient's Ascent (which is south of Helgen if i remember correctly).
