So when you are transported to other realm and meet S. and he gives that wonky staff and sets you off on your task, what are you supposed to do with it? I went to the two different locations and couldn't figure out what I was supposed to be doing with it. I tried swinging it around and shooting with it. I to be confused.

Not to fear fellow Dragonborn! All you do is head through the three arches which each represent a part of Pelagius psyche, which you then need to stabilize using Wabbajack. Simple.

I don't get how you use the staff to "stabilize" anything. I'm sure once I do it I'll feel like a super idiot for not figuring it out. But I still don't get it.
