I would like to fix these annoying bugs. I have pixelated shadows also if I play with 1920x1200 resolution and Shadow Details on Ultra.
But the most annoying bug, is that sometimes the right border of the screen appear the window border. But I play in fullscreen :-S It happen especially when I use mouse wheel for changing distance or when I am near waterfalls.
And why my Load Loose Files box in Data Files menu is always unchecked? I have to check it every time I run the game?

There are some good news, I can't simply edit the previous post.
The game load the texture mods also if you don't check every time the Loose Data Files box. And this isn't all!! Game load texture mods also if I use TESV.exe instead of default Launcher.

I have horrible black specks all over my screen if I use lower res than 1920x . At that high res, I only have a little of the black specs problem. I'm using NVidia GTX 285 with the default drivers from 2 years ago. I uploaded the latest drivers today and installed them - my screen defaulted to 640x480 @ 4 colors. I could not get anything else. I'm extremely puzzled by this since the driver install screens all showed Skyrim like these were made especially for it. Had to resort to original drivers again =/

Also, my system shuts down from time to time, but I think it's because my power supply may be just a bit too weak to handle the graphics card when it's really working hard =/

That sounds like those drivers didn't install properly, try installing them again and this time run the installer as admin.
