cant spend dragon souls

thr R key for unlocking the dragon souls dosent work for me.i have 9 souls to spend.
someone have a save game whit all the shout enable?

where can i edit the key for unlockig?

reset key mapping > unlock souls > put your key mapping again, havent found the button aswell so had to stick with R as draw weapon / unlock souls button
