Hi all, i've noticed that Mehrunes Dagon has his own shrine in Skyrim, is there any quest assosiated with him?

I've found shards of his razor in a bandit fort, so I assume there is a quest involving it. I'm still trying to figure out how to obtain it, though.

I have heard from a friend who completed the quest and acquired Mehrunes' Razor that he followed up on the letter you receive from a courier after you reach level 20.

You can wait for the letter or you can start the quest yourself beforehand by going to the same place that the letter will tell you to go. Problem is knowing the place beforehand
