I have like a Bazillion Ingredients, but i have no idea how to make the right Potion, especially those that should help me carry more, the UESP has nothing yet as they are still building up teir Skyrim area.

Eat the ingredients to learn of their primary effects then combine those with similar effects and you'll soon find out how to make potions by a bit of trial and error.
