I am running skyrim accross 3 screens, and I have a pretty big problem. Certain parts of the interface and menus are larger than my screen. Is there anyway to scale the ui and make it smaller? I'll post some screen shots in a few.

That makes no sense at all, how would a "scaler" work on a regular LCD screen, and when the menu is out side the rendered display. You are thinking about over/under-scan, and that only works on TV based displays.
