Really, what the hell is that crap?

It's appearing only on main screen and during loading screens, all 3D models appears reddish...


This came maybe after the large memory thing... not sure.

Any advice on how to remove it please? it's weird...

Did you used the 4GB patch? If yes, replace it with the original .exe launcher, and it'll get fixed.
Unfortunately, if you didn't backup-ed your .exe, you will be forced to reinstall in order to address the issue.

Strange problem though.
