If you are in Riften and meet the Thieve's Guild in the Ratrace there is a table in the pub area with 2 notes on it. One is a note from Vex something about stop staring at her naked and the other is a note about a box of glass arrows being shipped and they will drop it off in the chest nuder the docks.

I tried to find this chest with my helmet of underwater breathing, but not luck. The water under the docks is clear.

Anyone else find it?

Or is this something that doesn't actually exist? Just a fictional note?
