so i was doing this quest for the thieves guild and i was at the part where you follow the guy out the building and you are supposed to shadow him. when i went outside he was gone and the marker was placed outside the city. when i went outside he wasn't there and the marker told me to go back inside the city. i went into the east company where house and into the secret place there and the quest updated but he still wasn't there. and i know im not the only one with this problem.
