Don't know how or why but my character is suffering from something that is dragging their One-Handed skill all the way down to 20 and it is showing in red like it is being effected by a disease or something. I went to the chapel and chugged a cure disease potion, I even took all my gear off and dropped everything I had on the ground to where the only thing in active effects was my racial 50% frost resist and the Thief birthsign stone but it is still there.
