So I was recently messing around with cheats to see how the spells looked like, and I used the cheat code to get all spells. Is there a way to get rid of them? It wasn't as cool as I thought.

I think you would have to remove them one by one via the console, you would have to know their IDs tho.
Simply put, reload to previous save.
