I was checking out the picture archive and there sure is a lot of elf "Poon" on there.

Poon being a derivative of Poon Tang which is a slang term refering to *censored* or
more generally the nude female form.

Porn is any sort of material with no artistic worth made for the simple purpose of sexual stimulation. That said, nudity is porn.

Technically you are correct. However Websters does not regulate the media in this country, the FCC does.
The FCC's definition of pornography is fuzzy at best if not non existent so lets go with what is allowed in the movies.

Case in point. It is my personal opinion that non-sexualized nudity is appropriate for anyone over the age of 14 (I would say that most of the pictures in Playboy are non-sexualized). The county I live in has prohibited the sale of pornographic materials in stores but you can still find Playboy and magazines like it behind the counter.

My final thoughts on the subject are, while i do not consider a few nude photos to be pornographic, I would consider an enormous amount of them to be pushing it a bit.So i see where you guys are coming from on that subject. However I consider the Dark0ne's domain here to be the best on the web and I don't want anything to ruin that, ie:any slanderous remarks about the Nexus or its members.

no its coz there is one lonly guy that cant get a girl friend or even a hooker, so they have made a "nude" patch coz they have seen pics of naked girls on the internet so they make a nude patch and make the girls have pubic hair styles as they have no life so the ppl that have posted Efl Pron is either they think its funny or they just posted it coz they never seen it b4,

People post this "elf porn" for two reasons: they can, and they're pathetic bastards who can't appreciate the beauty of other, better things in the game, like looking at Cyrodiil from the top of Dive rock and seeing the sunset.

Oh, but we did answer your question: the people who upload those screen shots are sad, pathetic freaks who can't get laid and think that the naked body is some sort of high-and-mighty thing to be worshiped from afar, and, therefore, upload screen shots of the naked body thinking that it will make them someone important when, in fact, gives them no positive results, which then make them try harder to become popular, but since they are all morons, they don't know how to get renown short of uploading more naked screen shots, thereby starting the circle all over again.

I see these kinds of remarks as a threat to our community and it makes me angry. It's nothing personal though and did not merit me being so abrasive to the members I'm trying to protect. I just love Oblivion modding and the Nexus is my Favorite place to immerse myself in what i love.

Thankfully Dark0ne is already on top of the issue and once the content filtering is in place no one will have to wade through elf poon anymore unless they want to.

Ditto. However, that doesn't mean I have to nice and kind to all the members. People who deserve ridicule will be ridiculed. Besides, I know that not all the people who upload that nudity are those pathetic freaks, but there some who are. They deserve ridicule because they're uploading these nude pictures for purely selfish reasons, which makes the Nexus look bad be filling it with nudity. I know that the makers of those nude mods aren't those freaks, and they should show off their fine work, but do we really need so many pictures to show it off? One or two for each race should be enough. So, by insulting the lowlifes who do upload the nude screen shots for selfish reasons, I'm defending the Nexus.

I know that the makers of those nude mods aren't those freaks, and they should show off their fine work, but do we really need so many pictures to show it off? One or two for each race should be enough.

This pretty much was my point from the start, but a lot of people didn't see that.

Well either way I think enough has been said about this subject.

Hopefully in time people will share more original images and quit with the flooding

I browse through the Images posted at Nexus and sort them up according to Views and what I get is from page 1 until around 7 most of them are poon ...
