there is many of items i have never come across and one is skooma, please explain what it is and where i can find it

Skooma is a drug. it doesnt to much in vanilla, but with some mods it is much more druglike. It can be found in some chests and houses, one surefireplace is the big manor in Cheydinhal, or the Bravil Skooma Den.
Its a shame that unlike in Morrowind certain traders will refuse to sell if you have skooma in your inventory.

Vanilla oblivon means unmodded oblivion. Plain flavoured. Like ice cream

Skooma is an illegal narcotic. There is a Skooma Den in Bravil.

Edit: Whoops, took me waaay too long to post that. :P

damn wish i knew what place u guys were onbout i only know bruma(if thats the snow celtic type log huts) and imperal city (if thats the big city you see when you come out of the sewer)

Don't make references to ancient cultures when you have no idea what you're talking about. Bruma is not Celtic. In fact, nothing in Oblivion is even remotely Celtic.

Also, how can you not know about the other major cities? How can you possibly play the game without knowing about Chorrol, Skingrad, Kvatch, Anvil, Cheydinhall, Bravil, or Leyawiin?

umm... well.... i have PLAYED it but only up to getting out of the sewer and my friend took me to an OBLIVION gate so rly i have only played the xbox version about 2 times and on other peoples characters, thats why at xmas im getting it for me to play
