I got that misc quest when I wanted to buy my house in Solitude. I already helped more than five people in the region so I got an immediate 5/5 and could buy the house. The quest still remains in my journal though, the line says "Assist the people of Haafingar (5/5)". Is there any way to remove that quest, via console for example?

I found this console command so far (from a wiki, here):

Setstage <id> - Used to set the quest stage (Useful for bugged quests), requires a unique ID code; questgiver e.g. mg (Mages Guild), tg (Thieves Guild), Quest number within its questline, followed by a number (Haven't quite worked out how the value is attributed to the objectives). Usage - setstage mg01 200.

I dont know the faction ID and couldnt get any of this to work. Help anyone?

I have a similiar problem. Got the final quest "talk to Greta". Well I did and gave her the amulet, but it doesn't count and the quest stays open.

Just figured it out, go find someone else to help. I did another radiant side quest and the message "Completed: Assist the people of Haafingar (6/5)" popped up. It's not in my quest log anymore.
