I need help. After the Watcher gives me the Crumpled Notes, the questline refuses to continue. He just repeats the dialogue over and over.

Read all the notes you were given, not just the last couple. Read your journal. That should tell you who you need to talk to next. If that doesn't help you any, then please post your issue on The Assimilation Lab or the Beth forums where we can use spoiler tags.

I had a weird Wrye Bash bug, that seemed to be caused by the BSA from this file. I couldn't look at the conflicts tab without having Wrye throw me an error which Sharlikran says was probably due to a non-unicode character? I extracted the files, and there's no issue with them when they're installed in the same manner as the bsa, and I didn't see anything like Sharlikran described. Your extracted files also have no conflicts with anything that was in my data folder.

This probably isn't repeatable for someone else, and I have no idea why the problem appeared now for me, and not a month ago. I don't expect you to look too hard into this, I'm just informing you of the matter. Thank you.

That's odd. I've never heard of that one before. If that continues to be an issue, then I'd just extract the contents of the BSA and zip them, the plugin and the readme file up and use that archive instead. I've been working on the update to Awakening (yes there will be an update to Awakening), so I'm using an archive with the loose files. Certainly no problems with that.
