In response to post #15492275. #16256265 is also a reply to the same post.

No I'm sorry. Exterior cells and distant land settings are not a problem. The problem literally starts when MGE and/or MGSE are enabled. It's also not heavy on my computer, quite the opposite, I have a medium to high tier computer, it shouldn't be a problem.
The game runs fine, no problems, no stutters, no lags, no FPS drops. It just crashes, randomly, without explanation or a clue.

Just downloaded, problems.
1) 7zip will not open, "incorrect command line"
2) Installed with NMM, "Script XE-Weather Apply, Trying to run RunFunction index greater than function count."

In response to post #16459434.

You're not supposed to use NMM with this since it's a standalone executable. Honestly, it'd be best not to use NMM at all for installing MW mods.

I don't notice a difference with the XE sky variations. I have all necessary options enabled. Can someone link some screenshots or videos of it? I cant find any.

Hello...is anyone there? Still having a problem. I guess I'm upgrading from MGE 3.8, and set my minimum static to 150, but it still crashes on start-up. Can anyone help me. :(

I was wondering how much this will affect performance compared to MGE. Especially if I disable/turn down the performance heavy feature. I'd really like to hide the HUD when taking screenshots. Is this mod the only way to do that?

And there any improvements over camera control with this over MGE? I really miss the TFC feature in Skyrim. I do know about TVM, but I wasn't sure if I could control the camera.

One last thing. If I use this with Morrowind graphics and sound overhaul is there a way to update to the newest version? I'm guessing their version is outdated.
Thanks.

I don't know about performance compared to MGE, but you can always reduce the draw distance of distant land or disable some of the features to improve performance. You will just have to try out for yourself.

But I can help you with your other questions: The HUD can always be disabled by entering "tm" in the console. It's easier with MGE XE, of course.

I don't know of a way to control the camera outside of the player character's body, but if you just want to have free movement control, enter "tcl" to disable collision. However, this will affect NPCs as well, and you may find them walking in the air and through objects.

Updating is very simple, just download the new version and extract the files directly to your Morrowind installation folder, overwrite existing files! Then you have the newest version. Your settings are saved. The newest beta version is here, by the way: http://www.nexusmods...nd/mods/26348/?

Unfortunately, the changelog is scattered over this thread, so you have to read through that to see what the changes are: http://forums.bethso...laze-16-mge-xe/

It's usually safe to use the MGE XE beta, but you are also well-advised using this stable version.
