Log into steam, verify your game cache and that will fix it. It's a very simple fix. Try it.

You're missing a file regarding languages or some nonsense... Use Steam to verify your Skyrim installation, that should fix it.

No need to fear, I also have a a lot of mods running, and verifying the files through steam does NOT hurt any of your mods,trust me i JUST did it :)
