This is an extensive npc base ID list but no where near complete. This is a list for those who do not know how to look them up or want them on a reference sheet. What makes this list beneficial is to have descriptions of what your spawning. (such as the what type of guard you are spawning male/female nord/imperial etc.) Obviously I don't have descriptions for everything as there is no way I would do all that for that many guards etc.
That's where the COMMUNITY comes in. This list can be used as is or if anyone would like to spawn the npc and write down fighting type(mage/archer/warrior) and race/gender and post it in this forum I will update it and give credit where its due. Also I have not included everything such as Unique npcs or all bandits etc. but those can be added as well. If its an npc and you give the ID # and description ill find a place for it. You can do as little or much as you would like, this is for the community.
Feel free to discuss funny things you have done like spawning 30 dragons by a nord and toggling god mode just because he called you a stupid elf

Looking up ID's and how to spawn NPC's
To look up ID's--- open console(press ~ key) and type "help (keyword) 4" but without quotes and parentheses. Keyword is something like "dragon" or "guard" or "Lydia" Hit enter. You can use the page up and down keys to navigate the console. Look for NPC on the left and the ID numbers next to it. You do not need the zeros in front. The numbers stating with ff like ff000001234 are NOT the ones you want. Use the ones that start with zeros. Such as 00001234 which can be written as 1234
To spawn NPC's--- Open console(press ~ key) and type "player.placeatme (base id) (# of how many you want) Example- player.placeatme f811d 3 which is 3 ancient dragons.
