Hello, so i've changed the rabbit.dds texture, it normal resolution is 256x256 and i i've increased (x2) 512x512, i've modified it changed the things, saved it in the exactly folder /textures/actors/rabbit/rabbit.dds but when i run the game, the rabbit is normal, nothing changes.
i think that only the eyes change but i'm not sure.

can someone help me pleasee? do i need to change the texture maps or something?

Thanks.

does this new texture look different or is it only bigger? :P ;) maybe your new texture was prepared wrong so it couldn't be read by Skyrim

I'm having the exact same issue. I'm trying to change the look of the farmclothes04, but when I place the clothes in the proper directory (I have multiple texture mods currently active, my mods are the only one's that don't work) G:\Steam\steamapps\common\skyrim\Data/textures, I get nothing. No changes, nothing. I have changed others mods and achieved the desired results, so... the question is: What am I doing different from everyone else that's causing just my mods to not work at all?

Is the mesh also required or can it be left alone because I didn't change anything? Do I have to 're-link' the mesh to the texture? I saved the file using the exact same size/ name/ everything, so I don't know what I could have broken.
