Can't make the alpha on clothing correct

I'm not new to modding or working with DDS.... but this is a first for me. Anytime I edit the alpha I get this. I've tried different export settings in Photoshop, Gimp, and even downloaded DDS Converter 2 to try to work from the png files I have. No luck.

i suggest to use DXTBmp, maybe it will be easier :)
