I created a new model for the iron sword, but it shows up in-game as a red exclamation point. Can an experienced mesh maker fix this for me?

I've included the model location and the texture in the DL. I will credit the person who fixes this in my mod. Thanks.

Note: The rar is crazy small. I'm not sure if it is all in there, but it should be,

Edit: Deleted the attachment. Problem solved.

I've got the models working in game, but not the textures, sorry.. Best I can do at this point.

I saved out the .nif model as a .obj in nifskope
Opened the origonal skyrim weapon .nif models in nifskope
imported your mesh next to it in the same nifskope file
Copyed the NiTriShapeData of your model and pasted over the Origonal weapon NiTriShapeData
Then deleted any left over Files from importing your mesh.

You won't be able to if you want textures at all.. He wiped the UVs off you mesh... not that the UVs were much anyway.. but at least you can blow it up so it uses more UV in this version...

How do I do it without wiping off the UVs?

I've tried that but the mesh bugs out and appears as the mesh missing model in game.
I Open the new file in Nifskope and export it as a .obj or export a 3ds max file a an obj
Then I open a origonal skyrim weapon
I select the NiTriShape I want to replace
Import the new mesh
Then this is what it looks like:

I've deleted the files that don't appear in the vanilla nif, but I can't figure out how to parent the BSLightingShaderProperty to the NiTriShape, Ive tryied copying it in several different ways.
Please could you please explain how?
