Armor and clothing not transparent.

I am using photoshop CS4 with nvidia plugins to edit dds files. I creat alpha channel and make what I want transparent black. I save using DXT 3 and nothing changes. Please help imma a noob..

you need to edif the nif of the clothing too. use nifscope. http://cs.elderscrol...ifSkope_Alchemy
