[Chaos Pudding]

Not sure where to put this so I'm putting it here. Every time I go to manual download, it opens that little box, then loads the mirrors... and then before I can even move my mouse the box slightly shrinks and goes blank. This happens pretty much every time. I've disabled any pop-up blockers I might have. Please help?
