Hi, I'm looking for a mod I seen awhile ago.

Basically what the mod did was make it so third person view is centered, and the camera doesn't zoom out when you enter combat mode.

I've been searching categories and using the advanced search for the past hour and a half with no luck. So this is my last ditch effort, hoping someone here knows what mod I'm talking about and can point me to it.
