looking for something to fix flame/dragon breath

my computer has win 7 and an Ati radeon 4200 hd graphics card and certain effects like dragons breath, fire, ice, spider webs, light beams (which light beams worked when first installed but now no show up), mainly looking for way to get those to show without messing up game. so any ideas? :blink:

ty works great now if the backwards flying dragons could fix them self i be set :laugh:
