Is there any way to change or access the sounds and music of Skyrim? I know the creation kit isn't out yet, but I've already seen some sound mods released and I'm wondering how they do it. Are there any programs I can use or some such thing?

Sounds are in the Sounds.bsa file.
Extract (or view filepaths/filenames) using FOMM > BSA Browser.
Sound effects are in .wav format, music is .wmx format (converters are available on the Nexus)

Can you link me to the converters? I can't find them.
