How Do I Get Mod Manager?

Sorry, brand new to Nexus.

When i click download with mod manager it errors out in both explorer and FF saying that I don't have the program associated with this file.

I see nowhere on the Nexus site with a link to DL the Mod Manager...even searching comes up with nothing.

I'm sure I'm doing something completely stupid...any help would be appreciated.
