i was wondering, is this website mods for computer only? or can i download mods on to a flashdrive and put them on my playstaion 3, and if so how? thanks.

PC only. It's actually prohibited to talk about modding consoles here as it's against the XBox Live/PS Network TOS.

However, some of the execs at Bethesda have hinted at the possibility of them working out some kind of mod support for console versions of Skyrim in the future. Noone knows how extensive this support would be, or if it's even going to really happen. They may or may not let us know something around the release of the Construction Kit (in January).
