Hello,

Ever since I installed the latest AMD catalyst drivers (11.11b then tried 11.11c) there has been an issue in game with the d3d9.dll which causes this extreme brightness, its like the light sources have just been cranked up to ridiculous levels, making it impossible to see in most cases as well as making night time as bright as day. Also whenever I pause, the screen starts to flicker ( either black or yellow "lines" or whatever it's called). Here are some screen shots:

Delete the d3d9.dll and optionally wait until it is updated or fixed.
