i'm have a problem in nifscope actually step by step this is whats going on (1) i open a .nif ,weapon and export it as .obj to edit it in blender i'm not sure if i'm doing anything right but i'm trying anyway lets say i change things on the weapon and export it back to .obj than import it in nifscope,oh i got the nifscope for skyrim and nif.xml.so i import it in nifscope and use joepickup's tutorial getting weapons into skyrim the problem comes when i try to copy and paste the BSLightingShaderProperty branch i get a message Nif Versions Differ! Current File Version 20.0.0.5 Clipboard Data Version 20.2.0.7 The Results Will Be Unpredictable can anyone help please

Try it in a single window? Open the original mesh, click the mesh to be replaced, import your new one then move the blocks around.

do that.

as for the error, you need to change the nifskope start up version to the correct one, by default it is set to oblivion nif version.

Just copy an existing weapon and import your mesh over the original...
