Hello,

As some of you may know, the digital purchase of skyrim is disabled in most of the eastern europe countries and I would want to buy a retail copy from store. Will I be able to apply mods using the new steam features? I'm not sure since I can't even see skyrim ANYWHERE in the steam store, so I'm a lil worried about stuff like this and patches and so on.

Steam Workshop is an optional mod loader and viewer from what I can gather. It isn't needed to load mods.
