I have discovered that fast traveling and trading with companions (using R to give them items) both become broken with patches 1.2 and 1.3. I am using the original 1.1 .exe though. I have no idea if they are broken or not with the correct .exe because without large address-ware my game crashes on startup.

The fix is to replace the Interface.BSA with the original. The interface.BSA is the problem causing both issues.

4GB Skyrim is a mod that uses an alternative method to apply the LAA flag to the updated executables. This will allow you to use LAA without tripping Steam's alarm for altering the executable (because you aren't actually altering the executable).
