xa: not sure what you mean? I changed all references I could find to say 1.33 now. What did I miss?

Sorry, I have often seen other modders use 'Final'
to mean the last or finished version of their mod.
You use the term to distinguish it from a Beta version etc,
I guess that is what was confusing me.
Still at least I can look forward to many more releases
of OOO.

dev_akm : in fact, the OOO 1.33 was referenced as OOO 1.32 final when i saw it here on tesnexus. So at first i didn't click because i already got it. But then i saw the icon saying that a file had been uploaded. Then, out of curiosity, i've checked and saw that 1.33 was out! Hence my remark. By i see that since, the reference has been updated to OOO 1.33, so my remark is not relevant anymore !
Oh btw, thanks a lot also for your great website and for FCOM !!

Thanks, guys!
xa: yeah, it seems that the "updated" log message gets changed as soon as you do anything to the mod listing and then never changes for the rest of that day. I uploaded the file before changing the name to avoid confusion, but it seems like this actually caused more confusion since it locked the 132 name into the log until I updated it again today. Oh well.

I have some questions about this patch and OOO1.32Final/1.33:
1. The Mod manager displayed the .esm and .esp as ver 1.32Final, but the data files (in the Oblivion Launcher) said it is ver 1.33.Is this normal ?
2. Also, I tried to upgrade the living economy mod to the newest version (for some reason in my current game, it is regarded as ver 3.62 in OBMM - instead of 3.63 (1.32 Final readme is 3.63 I think) even after I update to 3.70). Is this a problem of the .esp itself or the OBMM ? (it's not a big deal, just can't change the max barter gold but I am curious about this).
Other than that, excellent mod !

1. Maybe I accidentally left some references to 1.32.Final there. Not sure.
2. Again, I'm not sure about this either.
I would guess that you may be suffering from typical OMOD package overlap issues.
Please check the OOO Guide updates for suggestions:

actually i think this mod ruins the game.
its bad enough that enemies always are 5 more levels higher than you.
and now you made the enemies even more powerfull?
its the opposite. as you level up in rpg games you want to feel mighty andstrong.
with this mod you will be earthworm jim junior no mather how much you level up. if you want insane difficulty level. just remove your armor and run around nude with a rusty dagger.

in reply to darooz's comment
u say that as u level up you want to feel more powerful. well thats exactly what happens. when u play oblivion without ooo, u dont come across anything harder until u level up. with ooo u do. but its only when u level up that u can deal with them. thus making u feel harder and more powerful. this is the whole point of ooo!
to the creators... love it! oblivion just feels empty and boring without it.

Dev_Akm :
Oh well. It's ok I guess. The Living economy is not a big deal and as long as I don't get any problems (with the 1.33patch/1.32final) it should be ok (I use the .exe in installing the 1.32 final and 1.3 using manual install long time ago).
Anyway, thanks for the reply.

Sorry to bother you again Dev_Akm but I just got the chance to play oblivion today.
Apparently my save game doesn't work after I installed 1.33 patch. I tried deleting all the plugins and re-patch the 1.33 and it doesn't work either (it does fix the previous problem with 1.33 still show as 1.32final in the OBMM though).
As for the savegame updater, it says that I already updated the savegame. I guess this means I have to restart from the beginning again
